Dacotah Bank Adds Director of Customer Experience

Aberdeen, S.D.—David Skinner has been named the Director of Customer Experience at Dacotah Bank’s home office in Aberdeen.   

Skinner has over 15 years of banking experience and will have the responsibility to lead a collaborative team focused on defining and building a world class customer experience.  “Customer Experience is about considering our customers’ perspective in everything we do and the business decisions we make, with the objective of ensuring a mutually beneficial relationship,” said Skinner.
