Jamestown, N.D. — Mary Kay Lindberg has recently been promoted to market retail leader at Dacotah Bank in Jamestown.
Mary Kay’s main responsibilities will be to provide leadership and expertise at the Jamestown location to fulfill the retail initiative vision for Dacotah Bank. As a leader, Mary Kay will motivate, coach, and support the vision of providing outstanding customer service and leading a team of customer service representatives. She will oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service area to ensure the best customer experience at Dacotah Bank.
Mary Kay brings many years of banking knowledge to this position. She attended Valley City State University and has been a recipient of the Customer Service Award through the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce.
Mary Kay and her husband, Tom, have two grown daughters. In her spare time, Mary Kay enjoys cross country skiing, snowshoeing, walking, flower gardens and photography.
