Available Balance Display - Online Banking
Giving you a more accurate, real-time view of your account’s actual balance.
What’s Changing:
The Available Balance tile will replace the Memo Balance tile, displayed in your Online Banking, and will now reflect the funds currently accessible, including pending credits and deducting pending debits and account holds.
Previously, your Home Page displayed a "Memo Balance" tile, which included any holds and/or pending debits and credits.
Example:
Your main operating account has a current balance of $200,000 with $100,000 on hold.
Current View: Your Memo Balance would show: $200,000
New View: Your Available Balance will show: $100,000

Need full visibilty?
Relationship Balance is overall availability.
To view your overall availability—including loan sweep balances and credit facilities—select the account ”Details and Settings” tab to view to the Relationship Balance.

What You Need to Do:
No action is required on your part. This change will be automatically implemented on July 22nd, 2025. You’ll continue to have access to all your account information with the added benefit of a more representative balance display.
