How Can We Help You?

Available Balance Feature

Improving the accuracy and clarity of your account balance information.

FEATURE UPDATE:   7 | 22 | 25

Available Balance Display  -  Online Banking

Giving you a more accurate, real-time view of your account’s actual balance.

What’s Changing:

The balance shown on your Online Banking will now reflect only the available balance in the selected account.

Previously, the “Available Balance” may have included credit availability or balances from other accounts linked via a sweep structure.  This could cause the displayed amount to appear higher by including other available funds.

Example:

Your main operating account is tied to a $1,000,000 loan via a loan sweep, and your operating account shows an available intraday balance of $50,000.

Current View: Your Available Balance would show: $1,050,000
New View: Your Available Balance will show: $50,000 (accurate balance in the selected operating account)
