Dacotah Bank Announces Promotion of Fred Vogel to New Leadership Role

Fred has been a valued member of the Dacotah Bank team for the past seven years, bringing extensive knowledge, expertise, and a strong commitment to serving customers and communities throughout the region. While his background in agricultural banking has been instrumental to his success, Fred’s contributions reach far beyond. Throughout his tenure, he embraced a business development mindset, fostering meaningful relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and making a lasting impact in Mobridge and the surrounding communities.
In his role as Market President, Fred is excited to expand his network and collaborate with business leaders, customers, and community partners across Dacotah Bank’s footprint. His commitment to relationship banking and community involvement reflects Dacotah Bank’s mission of helping customers and communities thrive.

Fred resides in Timber Lake with his wife, Lakota, and their two young sons. He is currently attending the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado, further strengthening his industry knowledge and leadership skills. Outside of the bank, Fred volunteers with the Timber Lake Rodeo Association, coaches’ youth sports, and enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time with his family.
